A Hazard Register, including Asbestos, allows Property Managers to collect and monitor the level of dangerous material in the portfolio and to allow the scheduling of reccurent inspections. When combined with our Helpdesk, this allows instructions to directly employed labour and external contractors as to the position and level of danger of suspicious material in the location of any job of work. It can be linked to the CAD module to give colour coded asbestos plans as well.
